Sodeca presents a new system for removal of stale air in buildings and for smoke extract in case of fire. Manufactured in accordance with current legislation, using next generation technology, these automatic motorised hatch systems are certified for F-400°C/2h or F-300°C/2h operation and can be sealed shut when not in use.
WALL systems are specially designed for air extract and smoke extract in the event of fire through the building’s walls. Thanks to their automated hatches, they minimise heat loss when not in use.
ROOF systems are designed for easy installation on the roof of buildings and allow air extract and smoke extract in the event of fire, through the roof. Made with next-generation materials, they are thermally insulated and fitted with completely water-tight hatches.
Systems such as the THT/WALL can be finished with bespoke colours to match the building façade so that they can integrate with the building design, particularly when the hatches are closed.
Our hatch ventilation systems are the complete solution:
60mm thick panels are used to give the systems strength in addition to thermal insulation.
When closed, the hatches are shut tight, preventing the entry of dust, water or snow, even in extreme conditions.
Hatches are opened and closed using motorized actuators.
Customised options can be used to allow the systems to integrate fully with the building design.
One of the biggest problems with traditional fans is heat loss and the associated increase in energy costs.
